BEDDING AND COMPRESSION ROD

To provide bedding and a compression rod capable of easily compressing a bag body.SOLUTION: A mattress 1 includes: a bag body 4 formed in a bag shape having non-air permeability; an attachment part 5 arranged in the bag body 4 so as to attach a compression rod for compressing the bag body 4; and an air valve 6 arranged in the bag body 4 so as to open/close a circulation of air inside/outside the bag body 4. The attachment part 5 has an opening part 5e to which the compression rod is inserted.
