Thereby, the cylindrical film 10 can be laterally sealed excellently without causing sealing defects such as pin-holes or edge cuttings in a lateral seal part formed through lateral sealing performed with the horn and the anvil.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】横シール部にピンホールやエッジ切れなどの密封不良を生じることなく、密封包装が可能な製袋充填機における超音波横シール装置を提供する。【解決手段】アンビルと、凹凸のない平坦面で形成されるホーンのシール面とで筒状フィルム１０を挟持して横シールする際に、ホーンのシール面と対向するアンビルの対向面４２に、筒状フィルム１０の幅方向に連続して波形状の突出部５０が設けられる。ホーンとアンビルとで横シールを施して得た横シール部にピンホールやエッジ切れなどの密封不良を招くことなく、筒状フィルム１０を良好に横シールできる。【選択図】図４ |
