METHOD OF REMOVING EXISTING PILE AND BACKFILLING

To provide a method of removing an existing pile and backfilling capable of suppressing hollowing in a backfilling portion and occurrence of an unsolidified portion.SOLUTION: A method of removing an existing pile and backfilling includes: a removal step of drilling a hole around an existing pile 10 embedded in an original ground 100 with a casing 12, cutting off a surrounding ground 102 and the existing pile 10, and pulling out the existing pile 10; and a backfilling step of mixing and stirring a surrounding soil mass 110 while injecting cement bentonite water 120 into a pile hole 50 after pulling out the existing pile 10 by using an auger rod 20, to backfill.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】埋戻し部の空洞化や未固化部分の発生を抑制することができる既存杭の撤去及び埋戻し方法を提供する。【解決手段】既存杭の撤去及び埋戻し方法は、原地盤１００に埋設された既存杭１０の周囲をケーシング１２で削孔し、周辺地盤１０２と既存杭１０を縁切りして、既存杭１０を引き抜く撤去工程と、既存杭１０を引き抜いた後の杭孔５０へオーガーロッド２０を用いて、セメントベントナイト水１２０を注入しながら周辺土塊１１０を混合撹拌して埋め戻しする埋戻し工程と、を有する。【選択図】図１
