Zusammenfassung: | To maintain furnace pressure at positive pressure and to suppress damage to a damper caused by high temperature.SOLUTION: An in-furnace pressure control system 3 for controlling an internal pressure of a furnace body 1 of a combustion furnace 100 comprises: a pressure sensor 31 which is provided on the furnace main body 1 and detects the internal pressure of the furnace main body 1; a temperature sensor 32 which is provided on an exhaust cylinder 2 connected to the furnace main body 1 and detects a temperature of exhaust gas in the exhaust cylinder 2; air supply means 33 which is provided on the exhaust cylinder 2 upstream of a damper 21 and supplies air into the exhaust cylinder 2; and a control device 34 for controlling an operation of the air supply means 33. The control device 34 controls a flow rate of air from the air supply means 33 so that the pressure detected by the pressure sensor 31 is a positive pressure and that a temperature detected by the temperature sensor 32 is lower than a prescribed value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】炉圧を正圧に維持すると共に、高温によるダンパの破損を抑制すること。【解決手段】燃焼炉100の炉本体1の内部の圧力を制御するための炉内圧力制御システム3は、炉本体1に設けられ、炉本体1の内部の圧力を検出する圧力センサ31と、炉本体1に接続される排気筒2に設けられ、排気筒2の内部の排気ガスの温度を検出する温度センサ32と、排気筒2においてダンパ21よりも上流に設けられ、排気筒2の内部に空気を供給する空気供給手段33と、空気供給手段33の動作を制御する制御装置34と、を備える。制御装置34は、圧力センサ31によって検出される圧力が正圧になるように、かつ、温度センサ32によって検出される温度が所定の値未満になるように、空気供給手段33からの空気の流量を調節する。【選択図】図1 |
