To provide a sanitary washing device, a nozzle, and a method that can alternately discharge water with different flow velocities.SOLUTION: A sanitary washing device 100 comprises a heating device 140 for heating water and a nozzle 110 for discharging water. The nozzle 110 includes: a first cylindrical part 113 having a first bottom part 112 that has a first inflow hole 111 through which first water 301 is discharged inward; a second cylindrical part 123 arranged to surround an outer circumference of the first cylindrical part 113; a second bottom part 122 sealing one end of the second cylindrical part 123; and a cover part 124 protruding inward from the other end of the second cylindrical part 122.
