Zusammenfassung:To provide a satellite radio wave receiver, an electronic timepiece, a positioning control method and a program with which it is possible to more reliably reduce the time until the current position is accurately fixed.SOLUTION: The satellite radio wave receiver comprises a reception unit for receiving a radio wave from a positioning satellite, and a control unit for performing positioning using the radio wave received by the reception unit. When initiating the reception of a radio wave pertaining to the execution of positioning by the reception unit, the control unit acquires date-time information based on the radio wave received from a single positioning satellite after start of reception, and performs positioning computation using the acquired date-time information and the previously held position information of positioning satellites.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】より確実に現在位置を正確に確定するまでの時間を短縮することのできる衛星電波受信装置、電子時計、測位制御方法及びプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】衛星電波受信装置は、測位衛星からの電波を受信する受信部と、受信部が受信した電波を用いて測位を行う制御部と、を備え、制御部は、受信部により測位の実施に係る電波の受信を開始させる場合に、受信の開始後に単一の測位衛星から受信した電波に基づいて日時情報を取得し、取得された日時情報と予め保持されている測位衛星の位置情報とを用いて測位演算を行う。【選択図】図3
