Zusammenfassung:To provide a sulfide-based inorganic solid electrolyte material capable of suppressing reduction of lithium ion conductivity when exposed to ambient air.SOLUTION: The sulfide-based inorganic solid electrolyte material is a sulfide-based inorganic solid electrolyte material having lithium ion conductivity, has diffraction peaks at a position of diffraction angle of 2θ=17.2±0.5° and diffraction angle of 2θ=18.8±0.4° in spectrum obtained by X ray diffraction using CuKα ray as a ray source respectively, and a value of IC/IB of 0.27 or more, wherein maximum diffraction intensity of diffraction peak existing at the position of 2θ=17.2±0.5° is IB, and maximum diffraction intensity of diffraction peak existing at the position of 2θ=18.8±0.4° is IC.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】大気中に曝した際のリチウムイオン伝導性の低下を抑制できる硫化物系無機固体電解質材料を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の硫化物系無機固体電解質材料は、リチウムイオン伝導性を有する硫化物系無機固体電解質材料であって、線源としてCuKα線を用いたX線回折により得られるスペクトルにおいて回折角2θ=17.2±0.5°の位置および回折角2θ=18.8±0.4°の位置にそれぞれ回折ピークを有し、回折角2θ=17.2±0.5°の位置に存在する回折ピークの最大回折強度をIBとし、回折角2θ=18.8±0.4°の位置に存在する回折ピークの最大回折強度をICとしたとき、IC/IBの値が0.27以上である。【選択図】なし
