Zusammenfassung: | To provide an apparatus for manufacturing metal powder, capable of relaxing the limitation of the shape of a melting material thrown into a crucible, and a method for controlling the same.SOLUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing metal powder includes: a crucible 100 stored in a melting tank 1; a molten metal nozzle 11 attached to the bottom surface of the crucible; a plurality of gas injection nozzles 71 provided around the molten metal nozzle in a spray tank 4; and an orifice part 18 provided in the upstream part of a passage in the molten metal nozzle. A method for controlling the apparatus for manufacturing metal powder and including the orifice part having an inner diameter of 0.8 mm or more and 3 mm or less, comprises: increasing the pressure (Ps) of the spray tank more than the total value of a pressure (Ph) acting on the upper end of the molten metal nozzle and the pressure (Pm) of the melting tank when melting a melting material in the crucible; and reducing the pressure (Ps) of the spray tank more than the total value of the pressure (Ph) acting on the upper end of the molten metal nozzle and the pressure (Pm) of the melting tank when making molten metal in the crucible flow down into the spray tank through the molten metal nozzle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】るつぼに投入される溶解素材の形状の制限を緩和できる金属粉末製造装置及びその制御方法を提供すること。【解決手段】溶解槽1に収納されたるつぼ100と、るつぼの底面に取り付けられた溶湯ノズル11と、噴霧槽4内において溶湯ノズルの周囲に設けられた複数のガス噴射ノズル71と、溶湯ノズルにおける流路の上流部に設けられたオリフィス部18とを備え、前記オリフィス部の内径が0.8mm以上3mm以下である金属粉末製造装置の制御方法であって、るつぼ内で溶解素材を溶解する時には、溶湯ノズルの上端に作用する圧力(Ph)と溶解槽の圧力(Pm)との合計値よりも噴霧槽の圧力(Ps)を高くし、るつぼ内の溶湯を溶湯ノズルを介して噴霧槽に流下させる時には、溶湯ノズルの上端に作用する圧力(Ph)と溶解槽の圧力(Pm)との合計値よりも噴霧槽の圧力(Ps)を低くする。【選択図】 図2 |
