Zusammenfassung:To provide an optical sheet and an optical component that can improve an anti-glare property against an LED lamp and enhance an identification property of a specified color.SOLUTION: An optical sheet is constituted of a material including a resin and at least one kind of a light absorber, and comprises a light absorbing layer for absorbing light of a specified wavelength range in a visible light range, the optical sheet having, in a light absorption spectrum, a first peak having a peak wavelength P1 of an absorption rate at a first wavelength range of 400 nm or more and 480 nm or less, and a second peak having a peak wavelength P2 of an absorption rate at a second wavelength range of 530 nm or more and 630 nm or less. A transmissivity at the peak wavelength P1 is 10% or more and 70% or less, and a transmissivity at the peak wavelength P2 is 75% or more and 85% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】LEDランプに対する防眩性を高め、かつ、特定の色の識別性を高めることができる光学シートおよび光学部品を提供すること。【解決手段】樹脂と、少なくとも1種の光吸収剤とを含む材料で構成され、可視光域における特定の波長域の光を吸収する光吸収層を備える光学シートであって、前記光学シートは、光吸収スペクトルにおいて、400nm以上480nm以下の第1波長域に吸収率のピーク波長P1を有する第1ピークと、530nm以上630nm以下の第2波長域に吸収率のピーク波長P2を有する第2ピークと、を有し、前記ピーク波長P1における透過率は、10%以上70%以下であり、前記ピーク波長P2における透過率は、75%以上85%以下であることを特徴とする光学シート。【選択図】図6
