The second peripheral wall (20) includes a plurality of protrusions (21) so that the second peripheral wall (20) has a wavy shape when the second peripheral wall (20) is viewed in an axial direction. The protrusions (21) are arranged in a peripheral direction of the second peripheral wall (20). Each of the protrusions (21) protrudes outward from the first peripheral wall (10) and extends in the axial direction of the second peripheral wall (20).
