At least a part of the inner body and/or the outer body has an oxygen permeability of 2×103 to 7×10 5 cc/m2 day atm at 23°C, and a carbon dioxide permeability of 4×103 to 7×105 cc/m2 day atm at 23°C, and a ratio of the carbon dioxide permeability to the oxygen permeability is 10 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
