To provide a control device that can appropriately restore capacity deterioration of a battery mounted on/loaded into a vehicle.SOLUTION: A control device comprises a first processor having hardware. The first processor calculates integrated damage amounts of a battery on the basis of battery-information concerning the battery mounted on a vehicle; transmits information concerning the integrated damage amounts to a second processor; determines whether the first processor has just been replaced or not; when determining that the first processor has just been replaced, receives the information concerning the integrated damage amounts from the second processor to calculate the received integrated damage amounts; determines whether the received integrated damage amounts are over upper-limit integrated damage amounts or not; when determining that the received integrated damage amounts are over the upper-limit integrated damage amounts, sets a value determined by adding the integrated damage amounts to the upper-limit integrated damage amounts to a restored integrated damage amounts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】車両に搭載された電池の劣化量を適切に復元することができる制御装置を提供すること。【解決手段】制御装置は、ハードウェアを有する第１プロセッサを備え、前記第１プロセッサは、車両に搭載された電池に関する電池情報に基づいて電池の積算ダメージ量を算出し、前記積算ダメージ量に関する情報を第２プロセッサに送信し、当該第１プロセッサが交換直後の状態であるか否かを判定し、当該第１プロセッサが交換直後の状態であると判定した場合、前記第２プロセッサから前記積算ダメージ量に関する情報を受信して受信積算ダメージ量を算出し、前記受信積算ダメージ量が上限積算ダメージ量を超えているか否かを判定し、前記受信積算ダメージ量が前記上限積算ダメージ量を超えている場合、前記積算ダメージ量と前記上限積算ダメージ量とを加算した値を復帰積算ダメージ量に確定する。【選択図】図１
