Zusammenfassung:To provide a device and method for predicting reliability and maintenance costs of an apparatus, which can improve reliability of a facility and reduce maintenance costs.SOLUTION: A device 10 for predicting reliability and maintenance costs of an apparatus includes evaluation object setting means 11, failure rate input means 12, maintenance characteristic input means 13, cost input means 14, a basic condition generation unit 15, operation and maintenance record input means 16, operation and maintenance schedule input means 17, plotting means 18, evaluation condition input means 19, and simulation means 20. The simulation means 20 calculates a time function of a failure rate of the apparatus based on records and schedules of operation and maintenance, a time function of maintenance costs, and a time function of an expected value of failure recovery costs and locates them with respect to time. The evaluation condition input means 19 designates an evaluation period and changes the schedule of maintenance or operation located with respect to time by the plotting means 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】設備の信頼性を向上させ且つ保守費用を低減できる信頼性及び保守費用予測装置、機器の信頼性及び保守費用予測方法を提供する。【解決手段】機器の信頼性及び保守費用予測装置10は、評価対象設定手段11、故障率入力手段12、保守特性入力手段13、費用入力手段14、基本条件作成部15、運転保守実績入力手段16、運転保守予定入力手段17、プロット手段18、評価条件入力手段19及びシミュレーション手段20を有する。シミュレーション手段20は、運転及び保守の実績と予定に基づく機器の故障率の時間関数、保守費用の時間関数及び故障復旧費用の期待値の時間関数を算出して時間的に配置する。評価条件入力手段19は、評価期間を指定すると共にプロット手段18にて時間的に配置された保守または運転の予定を変更する。【選択図】図1
