Zusammenfassung:	To provide a non-oriented electrical steel sheet having all of low iron loss, high magnetic flux density, and high strength.SOLUTION: A non-oriented electrical steel sheet contains, in mass%, 1.5%≤Ni≤5.0% and 1.0%≤Al≤3.8%, with the balance being Fe and inevitable impurities. When the contents of Ni and Al in mass% are expressed as [Ni] and [Al], [Ni]≤[Al]+2.5 holds, and at least one of [Ni]≥2.2 and [Al]≥2.7 holds.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】低鉄損、高磁束密度、高強度を兼ね備えた無方向性電磁鋼板を提供する。【解決手段】質量％で、１．５％≦Ｎｉ≦５．０％、１．０％≦Ａｌ≦３．８％を含有し、残部がＦｅおよび不可避的不純物よりなり、質量％を単位としたＮｉおよびＡｌの含有量をそれぞれ［Ｎｉ］および［Ａｌ］として、［Ｎｉ］≦［Ａｌ］＋２．５を満たし、かつ［Ｎｉ］≧２．２および［Ａｌ］≧２．７の少なくとも一方を満たす、無方向性電磁鋼板とする。【選択図】図１
