To provide a toilet device capable of suppressing the breakage of a cover member.SOLUTION: A toilet device 1 includes a toilet seat 3, and a cover member 72 arranged behind the toilet seat 3 for covering a rear part of a toilet stool 2. The cover member 72 has: a first rising part 722 formed on the toilet seat 3 side; an inclined part 723 connected to a rear end of the first rising part 722 and extending obliquely upward to a rear part side; a second rising part 724 connected to a rear end of the inclined part 723; and an extension part 725 connected to a rear end of the second rising part 724 and extending to the rear side.
