Zusammenfassung: | To provide a collecting device which allows precise suction and discharge on micro level, which has been impossible by the conventional voltage control techniques, and also allows increases in the amounts of suction and discharge, and a scanning electrochemical probe microscope provided with the same and a collecting method.SOLUTION: A collecting device comprises a pipet having a suction port at the distal end, a first pseudo reference electrode inserted into the pipet, a second pseudo reference electrode immersed into an electrolytic solution where the pipet is inserted, a voltage source connected to the first pseudo reference electrode and the second pseudo reference electrode, and a pump connected to the proximal end side of the pipet to apply a pressure into the pipet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】本発明は、従来の電圧制御技術ではなし得なかった微小レベルにおける精密な吸入と吐出ができ、吸入量と吐出量の増量もできる回収装置とそれを備えた走査型電気化学プローブ顕微鏡と回収方法の提供を目的とする。【解決手段】本発明の回収装置は、先端に吸入口を有するピペットと、該ピペットの内部に挿入される第1の疑似参照電極と、前記ピペットが挿入される電解質溶液内に浸漬される第2の疑似参照電極と、前記第1の疑似参照電極と前記第2の疑似参照電極とに接続される電圧源と、前記ピペットの基端部側に接続されて前記ピペットの内部に圧力を印加するポンプとを備えたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1 |
