Zusammenfassung:	To provide a vibration-proof rubber composition which can maintain excellent sliding properties even under use environments of a high heat atmosphere or under operating environments at low temperatures and has excellent scorch resistance and dent resistance and to provide a vibration-proof rubber obtained by using the vibration-proof rubber composition.SOLUTION: There is provided a vibration-proof rubber composition which comprises a natural rubber and a butadiene rubber as main rubber components in the ratio of a natural rubber and a butadiene rubber of 90/10 to 10/90 by mass, 10 to 50 pts.mass of a fatty acid amide when the amount of a rubber component is defined as 100 pts.mass, 0.1 to 0.7 pt.mass of sulfur, 7 to 30 pts.mass of tetrakis(2-ethylhexyl)thiuram disulfide and 0.5 to 5.0 pts.mass of N-phenyl-N-(trichloromethylthio)benzenesulfonamide.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】高い熱雰囲気の使用環境下や低温での使用環境下においても、優れた摺動性を維持でき、耐スコーチ性に優れ、耐へたり性に優れた防振ゴム組成物の提供及びその防振ゴム組成物を用いてなる防振ゴムを提供する。【解決手段】主ゴム成分として天然ゴムとブタジエンゴムを、質量比で天然ゴム／ブタジエンゴム＝９０／１０～１０／９０の割合で含み、ゴム成分を１００質量部としたとき脂肪酸アミドを１０～５０質量部含有し、かつ、イオウを０．１～０．７質量部及びテトラキス（２-エチルヘキシル）チウラムジスルフィドを７～３０質量部含有するとともにＮ-フェニル-Ｎ-（トリクロロメチルチオ）ベンゼンスルホンアミドを０．５～５．０質量部含有する。【選択図】なし
