Zusammenfassung: | To provide a bar steel sample collection apparatus and a bar steel sample collection method which can improve a work environment of an operator.SOLUTION: A bar steel sample collection apparatus comprises: a multi-articulated robot having a cutter for cutting a portion of a bar steel on a cooling bed to collect a sample and a hand part for carrying out the cut sample on an end of an arm; a control device which controls the operation of the multi-articulated robot; and a cutting determination device which determines whether or not a portion of the bar steel is normally cut after completion of the cutting operation by the cutter, outputs a completion signal when the bar steel is normally cut, and outputs a failure signal when the bar steel is not normally cut. The control device performs at least one of control of the multi-articulated robot such that the hand part carries out the sample when the completion signal is acquired, and control of the multi-articulated robot such that an alarm signal is output and the cutter performs cutting again when the failure signal is acquired.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】オペレータの作業環境を改善できる条鋼サンプル採取装置及び条鋼サンプル採取方法を提供する。【解決手段】条鋼サンプル採取装置は、アームの端部に、冷却床上の条鋼の一部を切断してサンプルを採取するための切断機と切断したサンプルを搬出するためのハンド部とを備える多関節ロボットと、多関節ロボットの動作を制御する制御装置と、切断機による切断動作の完了後、条鋼の一部が正常に切断されたか否かを判定し、正常に切断された場合に完了信号を出力し、正常に切断されなかった場合に失敗信号を出力する切断判定装置とを備え、制御装置は、完了信号を取得した場合、ハンド部がサンプルを搬出するように多関節ロボットを制御し、失敗信号を取得した場合、警報信号を出力すること及び切断機が再切断を行うように多関節ロボットを制御することのうち少なくともいずれか一方を行う。【選択図】図3 |
