Zusammenfassung: | To provide a novel technique for collecting valuables from a lithium ion secondary battery.SOLUTION: A method for collecting valuables from a lithium ion secondary battery comprises the steps of: heating a lithium ion secondary battery including its case at a temperature equal to or above a pyrolysis temperature of an electrolyte solution and below a fusion temperature of the case under an atmosphere of an oxygen density lower than a density of oxygen in the air, thereby producing thermal treatment products; separating, from the thermal treatment products, a first thermal treatment product coming from the case, and a second thermal treatment product originating from a content; crushing the second thermal treatment product to produce crushed matters; performing a process of sifting the crushed matters with at least a first sieve; and collecting, as valuables, a group of small particles including graphite as valuables from under the first sieve.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】リチウムイオン二次電池から有価物を回収する新規な技術を提供する。【解決手段】リチウムイオン二次電池からの有価物の回収方法は、大気における酸素濃度よりも低い酸素濃度の雰囲気下、電解液の熱分解温度以上、且つケースの溶融温度未満の温度で、リチウムイオン二次電池をケースごと加熱して熱処理物を生成し、熱処理物からケースに由来する第1熱処理物と、内容物に由来する第2熱処理物とを選別し、第2熱処理物を破砕して破砕物を生成し、少なくとも第1篩を用いて破砕物の篩別処理を実施し、第1篩の篩下からグラファイトを含む小粒物群を有価物として回収することを含む。【選択図】図2 |
