Zusammenfassung:To reduce required man-hours and cost by easily acquiring performance and characteristics of a predetermined control motor while effectively utilizing data stored in a constructed database when supporting power saving operation of an actuator, a blower or a pump by newly replacing an inverter control motor in the predetermined control motor.SOLUTION: A predetermined control motor subjected to driving an actuator disposed in a facility is set and in relation to the predetermined control motor, relational characteristics of a pressure, an air capacity and power consumption represented by a reference relational characteristic curve defining a Y axis as a pressure and X axis as an air capacity on X-Y coordinates and a power consumption characteristic curve representing power consumption in relation to the reference relational characteristic curve are displayed on a screen. A predictive reference relational characteristic curve acquired on the screen by a supporter is acquired from the pressure and the air capacity which are set as required identifications, a predictive power consumption characteristic curve is acquired and based on predetermined manipulation/operation of the actuator, predictive predetermined control-time input power data are acquired.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】所定制御電動機にインバータ制御電動機を新たに置換して作動機、送風機又はポンプの省電力運転を行うことを支援するに当たって、構築されたデータべースに格納されたデータを駆使活用し、所定制御電動機の性能、特性を簡便に取得し、要する労力、費用の削減を図る。【解決手段】施設に配設された作動機を駆動する対象の所定制御電動機が設定され、当該所定制御電動機に関連して、X-Y座標上で、Y軸を圧力、X軸を風量とした参照関係特性カーブ及び参照関係特性カーブに関連して消費電力を表す消費電力特性カーブで表される圧力、風量及び消費電力との関係特性を画面に表示し、要求仕様として設定された圧力及び風量から、支援者によって画面上で取得された予測される参照関係特性カーブを取得し、予測される消費電力特性カーブを取得して、前記作動機の所定の操作・運転に基づいて、予測される所定制御時入力電力データを取得する。【選択図】図5
