Zusammenfassung: | To provide a manufacturing method of a high-pressure tank capable of preventing local increase of a diameter of a tank at an end portion of a cylindrical portion.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a high-pressure tank including a liner having a cylindrical portion and dome portions formed at both ends of the cylindrical portion, and a reinforcement layer formed at an outer side of the liner by a filament winding method: has a high angle helical winding layer formation process for forming a high angle helical winding layer by multiply winding fibers on the liner by high angle helical winding with an angle in which a winding angle to an axis of the high pressure tank is within a predetermined range. In the high angle helical winding layer formation process, a ratio of an axial length of a region where a winding angle of the high angle helical winding to an axis of the high-pressure tank is changed, to a maximum value of folding-back frequency of the high angle helical winding is 2 to 4 in folding-back of the high angle helical winding at the end portion of the cylindrical portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】円筒部の端部でタンクの直径が局所的に増大することを抑制できる高圧タンクの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】円筒部と円筒部の両端に形成されるドーム部とを有するライナと、ライナの外側にフィラメントワインディング法によって形成される補強層と、を備える高圧タンクの製造方法は、補強層の形成時に、高圧タンクの軸線に対する巻付角度が予め定められた範囲の角度である高角度ヘリカル巻きで、ライナに繊維を多重に巻き付けて高角度ヘリカル巻き層を形成する、高角度ヘリカル巻き層形成工程を有し、高角度ヘリカル巻き層形成工程において、円筒部の端部で高角度ヘリカル巻きの折り返しを行う際に、高角度ヘリカル巻きの折り返し数の最大値に対する、高圧タンクの軸線に対する高角度ヘリカル巻きの巻付角度を変化させる領域の前記軸線方向の長さの比を2から4とする。【選択図】図4 |
