Zusammenfassung: | To provide a pipe material capable of easily measuring the bending radius of a curved portion of the pipe material, a method for measuring the bending radius of the pipe material, a jig used therefor, and a jig set.SOLUTION: A corrugated pipe 1 includes large diameter portions 10 and small diameter portions 20 arranged alternately, and bending radius measuring means. A second large diameter portion 10B of the pipe material 1 is provided between a first large diameter portion 10A and a third large diameter portion 10C. The bending radius measuring means comprises a first mark 100 on the first large diameter portion 10A, a second mark 200 on the second large diameter portion 10B, and a third mark 300 on the third large diameter portion 10C. The first mark 100, the second mark 200, and the third mark 300 are arranged in a straight line when the pipe material 1 is bent so that the bending radius of the central axis of the pipe material 1 becomes a predetermined value S.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】管路材の湾曲部位の曲げ半径を簡単に測定できる管路材、管路材の曲げ半径の測定方法、それに用いられる治具および治具セットを提供する。【解決手段】大径部10と小径部20とが交互に設けられ、曲げ半径測定手段を備えた波形の管路材1。管路材1の第2の大径部10Bは、第1の大径部10Aと第3の大径部10Cとの間にある。曲げ半径測定手段は、第1の大径部10Aの第1マーク100と、第2の大径部10Bの第2マーク200と、第3の大径部10Cの第3マーク300とから構成されている。管路材1の中心軸の曲げ半径が所定値Sとなるように管路材1を湾曲させたとき、第1マーク100、第2マーク200および第2マーク300は直線上に並ぶ関係を有する。【選択図】図1 |
