To improve convenience.SOLUTION: A prefabricated refrigerator (cooling cabinet) 10 comprises: a defrosting time timer (time counting unit) 31 which counts a time; an operation unit 14 to which operation is inputted; a cooler 25 constituting a freezing cycle; and a control unit 30 which performs cooling operation by controlling the freezing cycle, the control unit 30 being configured to perform first defrosting operation for melting frost deposited on the cooler 25 when the time of the defrosting time timer 31 becomes a defrosting time and to perform second defrosting operation for melting the frost deposited on the cooler 25 when operation is inputted to the operation unit 14.
