Zusammenfassung:To realize a seismic isolator capable of greatly reducing construction costs of a structure part other than the seismic isolator, especially, a base isolation layer pit pressure-proof board, and pile foundation.SOLUTION: A base isolation sliding bearing is realized, which always maintains a total surface contact condition of a sliding surface without being influenced when rotation, inclination and the like occur in a pile head portion upon an earthquake, that is when inclination occurs in a supporting point of a device. A base isolation structure eliminating the need of a pile head underground beam of a base isolation layer pit is realized by the base isolation sliding bearing. Simultaneously, the rationalization and cost-reduction of the base isolation device itself is realized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 免震構造建物の普及促進を図るために、免震装置以外の構造体部分、特に免震層ピット耐圧盤および杭基礎等の構築費用を大きく低減することができる免震装置を実現する。【解決手段】地震時に杭頭部に回転・傾斜等が生じた場合、即ち装置の支持点に傾斜が生じた場合にもその影響を受けず、常にすべり面の全面接触条件を維持できる免震すべり支承を実現すること、それによって免震層ピットの杭頭地中梁を不要とする免震構造建物を実現可能とすること、それと同時に免震装置自体の合理化・低コスト化も合わせて実現する。【選択図】 図1
