Zusammenfassung:To provide a control device for a hybrid vehicle, capable of suppressing the occurrence of a shock caused by starting an engine or eliminating backlash in a power transmission path.SOLUTION: There is provided an electronic control device 90 for a hybrid vehicle 10 including: an engine 12 and an electric motor MG, as a driving force source PG; a connecting/disconnecting clutch K0 for connecting and disconnecting power transmission between the engine 12 and the electric motor MG; and a torque converter 24 which includes a lock-up clutch 40 and is provided in a power transmission path PT between the driving force source PG and a driving wheel 14.
