Zusammenfassung:To provide a CO2 separation device for an internal combustion engine capable of successfully adsorbing/desorbing CO2 by using a CO2 adsorbent by maintaining a temperature of exhaust gas supplied to the CO2 adsorbent at an appropriate temperature, and provide a CO2 separation device for an internal combustion engine capable of preventing overheating of a CO2 adsorbent even when a temperature of exhaust gas rises excessively.SOLUTION: A CO2 separation device for an internal combustion engine is provided in an exhaust system of the internal combustion engine to separate CO2 from exhaust gas. The CO2 separation device for the internal combustion engine includes: an exhaust passage that is connected to the internal combustion engine and in which exhaust gas flows; a CO2 adsorbent that is provided in the exhaust passage, adsorbs CO2 in exhaust gas at a predetermined low temperature, and desorbs the adsorbed CO2 at a predetermined high temperature; and an exhaust heat controller that is provided on the upstream side of the CO2 adsorbent in the exhaust passage, to which exhaust gas is introduced and that absorbs heat of exhaust gas through heat exchange with the exhaust gas.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】CO2吸着材に供給される排ガスの温度を適切な温度に維持することで、CO2吸着材によるCO2の吸着/脱離を良好に行うことができる内燃機関のCO2分離装置を提供する。また、排ガスの温度が過度に上昇した場合にも、CO2吸着材の過熱を防止することができる内燃機関のCO2分離装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の内燃機関のCO2分離装置は、内燃機関の排気系に設けられ、排ガスからCO2を分離する内燃機関のCO2分離装置であって、内燃機関に接続され、排ガスが流れる排気通路と、排気通路に設けられ、所定の低温時に、排ガス中のCO2を吸着するとともに、所定の高温時に、吸着したCO2を脱離するCO2吸着材と、排気通路のCO2吸着材の上流側に設けられ、排ガスが導入されるとともに、排ガスとの熱交換によって排ガスの熱を吸収する排熱制御器と、を備える。【選択図】図1
