To provide a management support system for rental real estate using renewable energy.SOLUTION: A management support system 10 comprises a plurality of living rooms 31A, 31B, a collective power receiving board 42, an upper power distribution board 43, and a lower power distribution board 45, and is used for collective housing 30. The management support system has: a renewable energy power generation mechanism 50; an upper meter device 41 that is provided between a power system 20 and the collective power receiving board 42, and detects a received power amount E1 received by the collective housing 30 from the power system 20, and a supplied power amount E2 for selling the power generated by the renewable energy power generation mechanism 50 to the power system 20; a first lower meter device 44A that is installed in the specific living room 31A among the plurality of living rooms 31, and detects a received power amount E3 and a supplied power amount E4; and a measuring device 60 that detects a power amount E6 output by the renewable energy power generation mechanism 50.
