Zusammenfassung: | To properly fix a workpiece in a necessary situation while inexpensively fixing the workpiece.SOLUTION: A laser processing machine 10 comprises: a dust chamber 60 which collects dust following laser processing; a dust collection duct 61 which suctions the air in the dust chamber 60; a processing table 80 which is arranged in a prescribed section in a pallet 50; a suction table 81 which is provided so as to surround a space below the processing table 80; a suction duct 85 which suctions the air in the suction table 81; a switching device 70 which switches the flow of the air suctioned by a dust collector 90 between the dust collection duct 61 and the suction duct 85; and a control device 100 which controls the dust collector 90. The control device 100 has as the switchable operation modes for controlling the dust collector 90: a first operation mode of starting the operation of the dust collector 90 in an interlocked manner with the start of laser processing; and a second operation mode of starting the operation of the dust collector in an interlocked manner with an instruction of a worker.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ワークの固定を安価に行いつつ、必要な状況においてワークの固定を適切に行う。【解決手段】レーザ加工機10は、レーザ加工に伴う粉塵を集める集塵室60と、集塵室60内の空気を吸引する集塵ダクト61と、パレット50内の所定区画に配置される加工用テーブル80と、加工用テーブル80の下方の空間を囲むように設けられた吸引テーブル81と、吸引テーブル81内の空気を吸引する吸引ダクト85と、集塵装置90が引き込む空気の流れを集塵ダクト61と吸引ダクト85とで切り替える切替装置70と、集塵装置90を制御する制御装置100とを備えている。制御装置100は、集塵装置90を制御するための切替可能な動作モードとして、レーザ加工の開始と連動して集塵装置90の動作を開始させる第1動作モードと、作業者の指示と連動して前記集塵装置の動作を開始させる第2動作モードと、を有している。【選択図】図1 |
