PRODUCTION LINE DESIGN APPARATUS, PRODUCTION LINE DESIGN METHOD, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM

To reduce the time required for creating a process organization when manufacturing a plurality of products using a plurality of production lines.SOLUTION: A production line design apparatus for designing a production line for a product is provided with an information acquisition unit that acquires equipment information that associates processes with the number of pieces of owned equipment that can be used in each process, process information that associates products with the processes required to manufacture each product, and the number of required production lines, respectively, and an allocation unit that allocates the products and the equipment to the production lines. The allocation unit allocates the equipment for each process of a production line with the number of production lines and the number of pieces of owned equipment as constraints, and allocates the product that can be produced in the production line each time the equipment is allocated, shifts the process to the next production line, and repeats the allocation of the equipment and the allocation of the products until the acquired number of production lines is reached.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】複数の製造ラインにより複数の製品を製造する場合における、工程編成の作成時間を短縮する。【解決手段】製品の製造ラインを設計する製造ライン設計装置は、情報取得部であって、工程と、各工程において使用可能な設備の保有数と、を対応付けた設備情報と、製品と、各製品を製造するために必要な工程と、を対応付けた工程情報と、必要な製造ラインの本数と、をそれぞれ取得する情報取得部と、製造ラインに対する製品及び設備の振り分けを行う振分部と、を備え、振分部は、製造ラインの本数と、設備の保有数とを制約として、一の製造ラインの各工程用の設備を振り分け、設備を振り分けた都度、当該製造ラインにおいて製造可能な製品を振り分け、処理を次の製造ラインに遷移させて、設備の振り分けと、製品の振り分けとを、取得された製造ラインの本数に達するまで繰り返す。【選択図】図１
