COMPUTER PROGRAM, INFORMATION PROCESSING SYSTEM, INFORMATION PROCESSOR, AND INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD

To provide a computer program that returns a journal entry created from data on a request for approval at a proposal stage or a contract stage.SOLUTION: A computer program causes a computer to execute processing of: journalizing profit and loss budget data at a budget stage for registering in a general ledger database; extracting detailed data related to a transaction that may occur in the future from data on a request for approval at a proposal stage or a contract stage and journalizing the detailed data for registering in the general ledger database; recognizing that the request for approval has been approved and returning a journal entry, to register it in the general ledger database; creating a result report task of a post-process when the request for approval has been approved; extracting to journalize detailed data related to an actual transaction from the result report data, and registering it in the general ledger database; and recognizing that the result report task has been executed and approved, and journalizing for returning the journal entry created from the data on the request for approval to register it in the general ledger database.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】提案段階又は契約段階の稟議書のデータから作成した仕訳を振り戻す仕訳をするコンピュータプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】コンピュータに、予算段階の損益予算データを仕訳し、総勘定元帳データベースに登録する処理と、提案段階又は契約段階の稟議書のデータから将来的に発生し得る取引に係る明細データを抽出し、明細データを仕訳して総勘定元帳データベースに登録する処理と、稟議書の申請が決裁されたことを認識し、仕訳を振り戻す仕訳をして総勘定元帳データベースに登録する処理と、稟議書の申請が決裁された際に後工程の実績報告タスクを作成する処理と、実績報告書のデータから実際に発生した取引に係る明細データを抽出して仕訳し、総勘定元帳データベースに登録する処理と、実績報告タスクが実行され、決裁されたことを認識し、稟議書のデータから作成した仕訳を振り戻す仕訳をして総勘定元帳データベースに登録する処理とを実行させる。【選択図】図６
