POWER CHARGING AND SUPPLYING UNIT

To provide a power charging and supplying unit capable of suppressing noise from being outputted from an input part due to a magnetic field generated in the circumference of a fastening member.SOLUTION: A power charging and supplying unit 1 comprises: an input filter circuit; a housing 20 that supports a substrate; an input part 30 connected to an input filter circuit; a shield member 40 covering the input filter circuit; and fixing members 50. The fixing member 50 includes: a first fastening member 51; and a second fastening member 52. The first fastening member 51 is provided at a position where a magnetic field crossing the input part 30 when a current flows into the first fastening member 51 is formed. The second fastening member 52 is provided at a position where the magnetic field not crossing the input part 30 when the current flows into the second fastening member 52 is formed.
