【課題】被処理水中のシリカの濃度を、簡易な手法で、簡易な装置を用いて測定可能な被処理水のシリカ濃度の測定方法及び被処理水のシリカ濃度の測定装置を提供する。【解決手段】シリカを含有する被処理水にアルカリ剤としてアルカリ金属水酸化物を添加してアルカリ剤に含まれる水酸化物イオンとシリカとを反応させ、該反応により消費される水酸化物イオン濃度に相当する電気伝導率の低下分から、被処理水中のシリカ濃度を求めることを特徴とする被処理水のシリカ濃度の測定方法である。【選択図】図１ |
