Zusammenfassung:To provide a capacitor of decreased equivalent series resistance, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: A capacitor (10) comprises: a positive electrode (11) composed of a valve metal porous body; a dielectric layer (12) made of oxide of the valve metal; a negative electrode (13) made of a conductive substance and provided on a side of the dielectric layer opposite to the positive electrode; and a solid electrolyte layer (14) formed between the dielectric layer and the negative electrode. The solid electrolyte layer contains a conductive complex including a π conjugate-based conductive polymer and a polyanion. The solid electrolyte layer is formed by a cured product of a particular coating material composition.
