Zusammenfassung: | To provide a soft magnetic powder balancing low coercive force and high saturated magnetic flux density, a powder magnetic core and a magnetic element comprising the soft magnetic powder, and an electronic apparatus capable of miniaturization and high output.SOLUTION: A soft magnetic powder comprises grains each having a composition expressed by FexCuaNbb(Si1-yBy)100-x-a-b [a, b, x denote numbers in which each unit is atom%, and 0.3≤a≤2.0, 2.0≤b≤4.0, 75.5≤x≤79.5 are satisfied. Further, y denotes a number satisfying f(x)≤y≤0.99, and f(x)=(4×10-34)x17.56.] The grains comprise: crystal grains each having a grain size of 1.0 or more to 30.0 nm or less and including Fe-Si crystals; Cu segregation parts having a grain size of 2.0 nm or more to 16.0 nm or less and in which Cu is segregated; and crystal grain boundaries adjacent to the crystal grains and having an Nb concentration and a B concentration higher than the crystal grains, and the number ratio of the Cu segregation parts is 80% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】低い保磁力と高い飽和磁束密度とを両立する軟磁性粉末、かかる軟磁性粉末を含む圧粉磁心および磁性素子、ならびに、小型化および高出力化が可能な電子機器を提供すること。【解決手段】FexCuaNbb(Si1-yBy)100-x-a-b[a、b、xは、それぞれ単位が原子%である数であって、0.3≦a≦2.0、2.0≦b≦4.0、75.5≦x≦79.5、を満たす。また、yは、f(x)≦y≦0.99を満たす数であって、f(x)=(4×10-34)x17.56である。]で表される組成を有する粒子を含み、粒子は、粒径1.0nm以上30.0nm以下であり、Fe-Si結晶を含む結晶粒と、粒径2.0nm以上16.0nm以下であり、Cuが偏析しているCu偏析部と、結晶粒に隣接し、結晶粒よりもNb濃度およびB濃度が高い結晶粒界と、を有し、Cu偏析部の個数比率が80%以上であることを特徴とする軟磁性粉末。【選択図】図1 |
