Zusammenfassung:	To provide a control apparatus and a motor-driven furniture which are easier to use.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, the control apparatus comprises a first stored operation accepting unit and a display unit. When the first stored operation accepting unit accepts an input of a first stored operation, a movable part of a motor-driven furniture executes a first shifting operation that is shifting into a first stored state.
