Zusammenfassung:To provide a solar cell device, a manufacturing method of the solar cell device, and a manufacturing apparatus in which all solar cells can contribute to output power, yield is increased, and labor costs are reduced.SOLUTION: A string of a hyper battery 100 is arranged in a single firing manner in a state where a plurality of solar cells 10 (1) to 10 (9) are conductively connected in series and the surfaces of adjacent solar cells 10 overlap each other.
