Zusammenfassung:To provide a surface protective film for optical film which can be used even for an optical film having irregularity on a surface, causes less contamination onto an adherend, does not change low contamination property to the adherend even if time passes, and has excellent peeling anti-static performance without causing time degradation.SOLUTION: A release film 5 for surface protective film is formed by laminating a release agent layer 4 containing release agent having dimethyl polysiloxane as a main component, anti-static agent which does not react with the release agent and anti-static auxiliary agent, on one surface of a resin film 3, where a component of the anti-static agent is an ionic compound (not alkali metal salt) having the melting point of lower than 30°C, the anti-static auxiliary agent is polyether-modified silicone, and when the release film 5 is laminated on the surface of an adhesive layer 2 via the release agent layer 4, and the component of the anti-static agent of the release agent layer 4 and the anti-static auxiliary agent are transferred onto the surface of the adhesive layer 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】表面に凹凸がある光学用フィルムに対しても使用でき、被着体に対する汚染が少なく、経時しても被着体に対する低汚染性が変わらず、経時劣化しないで優れた剥離帯電防止性能を有する光学フィルム用表面保護フィルムを提供する。【解決手段】表面保護フィルム用剥離フィルム5が、樹脂フィルム3の片面に、ジメチルポリシロキサンを主成分とする剥離剤と、剥離剤と反応しない帯電防止剤と、帯電防止補助剤とを含有する剥離剤層4を積層してなり、帯電防止剤の成分が、融点が30℃未満のイオン性化合物(但し、アルカリ金属塩ではない)であり、帯電防止補助剤が、ポリエーテル変性シリコーンであり、剥離フィルム5を、剥離剤層4を介して粘着剤層2の表面に貼り合せたときに、剥離剤層4の帯電防止剤の成分と帯電防止補助剤とが、粘着剤層2の表面に転写される。【選択図】図1
