INTELLIGENT TYPESETTING METHOD, INTELLIGENT TYPESETTING SYSTEM AND INTELLIGENT CUTTING SYSTEM FOR LACE MATERIAL

To provide intelligent typesetting method and system for a lace material, which can reduce complexity of typesetting and achieve optimized arrangement of outside typesetting and inside typesetting, and an intelligent cutting system for a lace material, which can realize fully automatic supply and cutting of the lace material and has high degree of automation.SOLUTION: An intelligent typesetting method for a lace material includes a step to obtain a lace pattern and lace pieces having outer pieces and inner pieces in real time, a step to discriminate all wavelength zone points in the lace pattern based on preset wavelength zone points, a step to arrange the outer pieces in the lace pattern according to the wavelength zone points and defining an area in which the outer piece is arranged in the lace pattern as a defect area, and a step to arrange the inner piece in a non-defect area in the lace pattern.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】タイプセット複雑さを軽減し、外側の組版と内側の組版の最適化された配置を実現できるレース材料のインテリジェントタイプセット方法及びシステムを提供する。さらに、レース材料の全自動供給及び切断を実現可能であり、自動化度が高いレース材料のインテリジェント切断システムを提供する。【解決手段】レースパターンと、外側ピース及び内側ピースを備えたレースピースとをリアルタイムで取得するステップと、予め設定された波長帯ポイントに従っ記レースパターンにおけるすべての波長帯ポイントを識別するステップと、波長帯ポイントに従ってレースパターンに外側ピースを配置し、レースパターンにおける外側ピースが配置された領域を欠陥領域とするステップと、レースパターンにおける非欠陥領域に内側ピースを配置するステップと、を含むことを特徴とするレース材料のインテリジェントタイプセット方法とする。【選択図】図１
