Zusammenfassung:To provide a surface treatment metal foil for a collector, which has a hydrogen barrier property suitable for a bipolar battery, and a resistance against electrolyte required for a secondary battery.SOLUTION: A surface treatment metal foil for a collector has first face, and a second face located on an opposite side to the first face. The surface treatment metal foil for a collector has a base composed of a metal base. On at least one face side of the metal base, a nickel-phosphorus alloy layer is formed. In X-ray diffraction 2θ/θ measurement on the nickel-phosphorus alloy layer, a diffraction peak is observed in at least one of diffraction angle ranges 2θ=41.0°-42.5° and 2θ=47.5°-49.0°.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1(a) 【課題】バイポーラ電池に好適な水素バリア性、及び、二次電池に求められる耐電解液性等を兼ね備えた集電体用表面処理金属箔を提供する。【解決手段】第1の面及び、前記第1の面と反対側に位置する第2の面を有した集電体用表面処理金属箔であって、前記集電体用表面処理金属箔の基材が金属基材からなり、前記金属基材の少なくともいずれか一方の面側にニッケル-リン合金層が形成されており、前記ニッケル-リン合金層はX線回折の2θ/θ測定において回折角2θ=41.0°~42.5°、及び、2θ=47.5°~49.0°の範囲の少なくともいずれか一方において、回折ピークが観察されることを特徴とする、集電体用表面処理金属箔。【選択図】 図1(a)
