Zusammenfassung:	To provide a configuration that can prevent uneven elimination of static electricity on a sheet.SOLUTION: A fixing device 7 applies heat and pressure to a sheet to which a toner image is transferred at a secondary transfer unit N2 to fix the toner image to the sheet. A static eliminating device 9 applies static eliminating voltage to the sheet to which the toner image is fixed by the fixing device 7 to eliminate static electricity on the sheet. A control unit 110 controls the static eliminating voltage applied to the static eliminating device 9.
