COLD APPLICATION-TYPE ASPHALT MIXTURE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR

To provide a cold application-type asphalt mixture which has excellent storage stability and with which high initial strength after construction can be achieved.SOLUTION: A cold application-type asphalt mixture 7 includes: aggregates 1; a binder layer 2 containing asphalt and fatty acid and covering the periphery of the aggregates 1; an alkaline additive layer 3 covering the periphery of the binder layer 2; and a condensed hydroxy fatty acid layer 4 covering the periphery of the alkaline additive layer 3. Since an outer surface of the cold application-type asphalt mixture 7 is coated with the condensed hydroxy fatty acid layer 4, the reaction with moisture in the air is suppressed and the storage stability is improved. And by increasing the amount of the alkaline additive added to the cold application-type asphalt mixture 7, the hardening reaction during construction is accelerated, and the initial strength after construction increases.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】優れた貯蔵安定性を有し、施工後に高い初期強度を実現できる常温アスファルト合材を提供する。【解決手段】常温施工型アスファルト合材７は、骨材１と、アスファルト及び脂肪酸を含み骨材１の周囲を覆うバインダ層２と、バインダ層２の周囲を覆うアルカリ性添加材層３と、アルカリ性添加材層３の周囲を覆う縮合ヒドロキシ脂肪酸層４とを備える。常温施工型アスファルト合材７の外面は、縮合ヒドロキシ脂肪酸層４によって被覆されているため、空気中の水分との反応が抑制され、貯蔵安定性が高くなる。また、常温施工型アスファルト合材７に添加するアルカリ性添加材の量を増やすことで施工時における硬化反応を早め、施工後の初期強度が高くなる。【選択図】図１
