Zusammenfassung: | To provide an electric power conversion device enabling suppression of noise in a predetermined frequency band without requiring addition of components or enlargement of the device.SOLUTION: An electric power conversion device uses a dielectric multilayer substrate performing electric power conversion by means of a drive component, wherein the dielectric multilayer substrate is composed of: a dielectric layer; a first conductor layer which is sandwiched between and joined to two layers in the dielectric layer and in which a plurality of conductors are regularly arranged at a constant interval; a second conductor layer which is joined to one surface of the dielectric layer and to which a drive component is mounted; and a third conductor layer which is joined to the other surface of the dielectric layer and in which a ground conductor is formed. The dielectric multilayer substrate is assembled to a housing serving as a wave guide to thereby form a closed space and suppresses propagation of an electromagnetic wave generating noise, and as a result, unnecessary radiation generated via the housing can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】部品の追加あるいは装置を大型化させることなく、所定の周波数帯域におけるノイズを抑制することができる電力変換装置を提供することを目的としている。【解決手段】電力変換装置は、誘電体層と、誘電体層内の2層に挟まれて接合され、一定の間隔で、規則的に配列された複数の導体が形成された第1の導体層と、誘電体層の一面に接合され、駆動部品が実装される第2の導体層と、誘電体層の他面に接合され、接地導体が形成された第3の導体層と、で構成され、半導体スイッチング素子を含む駆動部品により電力変換を行う誘電体多層基板を備えている。誘電体多層基板が、導波管となる筐体に組み付けられて閉空間が形成され、ノイズとなる電磁波の伝搬を抑制することで、筐体を介して発生する不要放射を抑制することができる。【選択図】図2 |
