To provide a pouch which can properly emit steam generated in a storage part to the outside.SOLUTION: A pouch includes: a surface film and a back film; a lower film positioned between the surface film and the back film in a folded back state at a fold-back part and positioned at a lower part of the pouch; a sealing part joining inner surfaces of the films together; a storage part surrounded by the sealing part and storing a content; and a first non-sealing part located near an upper part of the pouch and isolated from the storage part by a first side sealing part. The sealing part includes the first side sealing part, a second side sealing part, and a bottom sealing part. A value obtained by dividing a distance (L1) [mm] by an approximate volume (V1) [mm3] is 0.00007 [mm-2] or less.
