Zusammenfassung:To provide an inner surface bead processing device which has such a simple constitution that a chopping mechanism is not interfered with a bead processing part of a mandrel used in manufacturing of a small-size pipe.SOLUTION: A reciprocal rod 15 for horizontally moving a mobile blade 11 is internally and externally mounted onto a mandrel 1 and is elongated to the base tube open side which supports the mandrel 1 on the upstream side and a drive source 30 is arranged on the support part side. As a mechanical mechanism which transmits an input from the drive source 30 to the reciprocal rod 15, an input converting link mechanism of such a constitution that one side end of a connection link 23 which connects two links 21 is used as a fixed end 24 and the other end thereof is used as a sliding end 25 to be connected to the reciprocal rod 15, an input rod 26 from the drive source 30 is pivotally attached to a connection point of the connection link 23 and the reciprocal rod 15 performs straight-line movement according to such movement that the connection link 23 becomes straight and curved movement by means of the input rod 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】 小径管の製造に使用されるマンドレルのビード処理部において、チョッピング機構が妨げとならない簡素な構成を提供する。【解決手段】 移動刃11を水平動させるための往復ロッド15をマンドレル1に内装、外装させて、マンドレル1を上流側で支持する素管開放側まで延長し、支持部側に駆動源30を配置する。往復ロッド15に駆動源30からの入力を伝達する機械機構として、二つのリンク21を連結した連結リンク23の一方端を固定端24とし、他方端を摺動端25として往復ロッド15に接続し、連結リンク23の連結点に駆動源30からの入力ロッド26を枢着し、連結リンク23が入力ロッド26により直線化、屈曲化する運動にて往復ロッド15が直線動する構成の入力変換リンク機構を採用する。【選択図】 図5
