Zusammenfassung:To achieve a ventilation system and a ventilation method which can facilitate mixture of the indoor air and the outside air.SOLUTION: A ventilation system includes: an outdoor unit 2 for taking in the outside air from the outdoors; a first exhaust port 41 for exhausting the outside air taken in by the outdoor unit 2 to the indoors; a second exhaust port 42 for exhausting the outside air taken in by the outdoor unit 2 to the indoors; and control means for generating a turbulent flow T indoors by repeating a first state where the outside air taken in by the outdoor unit 2 from the first exhaust port 41 is exhausted at a first flow rate per unit time and the outside air taken in by the outdoor unit 2 from the second exhaust port 42 is exhausted at a second flow rate larger than the first flow rate per unit time, and a second state where the outside air taken in by the outdoor unit 2 from the first exhaust port 41 is exhausted at a third flow rate different from the first flow rate per unit time and the outside air taken in by the outdoor unit 2 from the second exhaust port 42 is exhausted at a fourth flow rate smaller than the third flow rate per unit time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】室内空気と外気との混合が促進されうる換気システムおよび換気方法を実現する。【解決手段】室外から外気を取り込む外調機2と、外調機2が取り込んだ外気を室内に吐出する第一吐出口41と、外調機2が取り込んだ外気を室内に吐出する第二吐出口42と、第一吐出口41から外調機2が取り込んだ外気を単位時間あたり第一の流量吐出させ、第二吐出口42から外調機2が取り込んだ外気を単位時間あたり第一の流量より大きい第二の流量吐出させる第一の状態と、第一吐出口41から外調機2が取り込んだ外気を単位時間あたり第一の流量と異なる第三の流量吐出させ、第二吐出口42から外調機2が取り込んだ外気を単位時間あたり第三の流量より小さい第四の流量吐出させる第二の状態とを繰り返すことによって、室内に乱流Tを生じさせる制御手段と、を備える。【選択図】図1
