ICE MAKING MACHINE AND ABNORMALITY DETERMINATION METHOD OF THE SAME

To provide an ice making machine capable of determining abnormality, and to provide an abnormality determination method of the same.SOLUTION: An ice making machine includes: a chemical pump 36 for supplying a chemical to an ice making water tank 15 from a chemical container 34 in normal drive, and for discharging a liquid in the ice making water tank 15 to the outside in reverse drive; a float switch FL for detecting a lower limit water level of the liquid in the ice making water tank 15; and a liquid discharge valve 32 capable of discharging water flowing in a water circulation path to the outside by the drive of a circulation pump PM. It also includes control means C for opening the water discharge valve 32 in a state where water is stored at a prescribed liquid level in the ice making water tank 15, and for determining abnormality in the case where a difference between a first time which is from the time when the drive of the circulation pump PM is started until the time when the float switch FL detects a lower limit liquid level and a second time which is from the time when the drive of the circulation pump PM and the reverse drive of the chemical pump 36 are started until the time when the float switch FL detects the lower limit liquid level is smaller than the preset threshold value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】異常を判定することができる製氷機およびその異常判定方法を提供する。【解決手段】正転駆動で薬液容器３４から製氷水タンク１５に薬液を供給し、逆転駆動で製氷水タンク１５内の液体を外部に排出する薬液ポンプ３６と、製氷水タンク１５内の液体の下限水位を検知するフロートスイッチＦＬと、循環ポンプＰＭの駆動により水循環経路を流れる水を外部に排出可能な排液弁３２とを備える。製氷水タンク１５に規定液位で水が貯留されている状態で、排水弁３２を開放すると共に、循環ポンプＰＭの駆動を開始してからフロートスイッチＦＬが下限液位を検知するまでの第１時間と、循環ポンプＰＭの駆動および薬液ポンプ３６の逆転駆動を開始してからフロートスイッチＦＬが下限液位を検知するまでの第２時間との差が、予め設定された閾値より小さい場合に、異常と判定する制御手段Ｃを備える。【選択図】図１
