To provide a measurement jig and a package which can save the time and effort of a user while suppressing an environmental load.SOLUTION: There is provided a measurement jig 200 which is detachably arranged in an inclined roof part 23 of a paper container 100. The measurement jig 200 comprises: a protrusion part 41; a body part 42; a cap part 44 which is detachably attached to the tip of the protrusion part 41; and a holding part 43 which holds a paper container 100. The holding part 43 comprises: a pair of lateral support parts 431, 432 which is respectively connected to left and right ends of the body part 42; and a connection part 435 which connects the pair of lateral support parts 431, 432. The pair of lateral support parts 431, 432 is arranged so as to be in contact with a side surface part in the left-right direction of a cylindrical part of the paper container 100 and reaches a rear surface part 11 of the cylindrical part.
