HOT WATER STORAGE WATER HEATER

To provide a hot water storage water heater which is stored in a storage part with ventilation door of a building, and which suppresses corrosion of devices in the storage part and a ventilation door due to combustion exhaust when simultaneously operating a heat pump heat source machine and a combustion type auxiliary heat source machine.SOLUTION: A hot water storage water heater (1) includes a control part (5) for controlling a hot water storage operation for heating hot water and storing it in a hot water storage tank. The hot water storage water heater (1) installed in a storage part (S) with ventilation door of a building comprises a heat pump heat source machine (3) for heating hot water in a hot water storage operation, a combustion type auxiliary heat source machine (4) and a hot water storage tank (2). In the case where the heat pump heat source machine (3) and the auxiliary heat source machine (4) are operated simultaneously, when a combustion load of the auxiliary heat source machine (4) is equal to or greater than a first threshold value, the operation of the heat pump heat source machine (3) is restricted, and when the combustion load becomes equal to or greater than a second threshold value which is larger than the first threshold value, the operation of the heat pump heat source machine (3) is stopped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】建物の通風扉付き収容部に収容される貯湯給湯装置であって、ヒートポンプ熱源機と燃焼式補助熱源機を同時運転する際の燃焼排気による収容部内の機器や通風扉の腐食を抑制するようにした貯湯給湯装置を提供する。【解決手段】 湯水を加熱して貯湯タンクに貯湯する貯湯運転を制御する制御部(5)を備えた貯湯給湯装置(1)であって、貯湯運転で湯水を加熱するヒートポンプ熱源機(3)と燃焼式の補助熱源機(4)と貯湯タンク(2)が、建物の通風扉付き収容部(S)に設置された貯湯給湯装置(1)において、ヒートポンプ熱源機(3)と補助熱源機(4)が同時運転する場合には、補助熱源機(4)の燃焼負荷が第１閾値以上のときヒートポンプ熱源機(3)の運転を制限し、燃焼負荷が第１閾値よりも大きな第２閾値以上となったときにはヒートポンプ熱源機(3)の運転を停止する。【選択図】図６
