Zusammenfassung:To construct a concrete structure which can significantly reduce working hours of plasterers or earth floor specialists, has high-quality finished dimensional accuracy at the top, is uniform in plane, has a dense surface, and has significantly improved quality such as abrasion resistance, hardening properties, and, salt permeability.SOLUTION: A plasterer or the like smooths a surface of a fluid concrete mixture filled in a space surrounded by a formwork (step S1), waits for a first time, and then presses down with a metal trowel (step S2). Subsequently, the surface of the concrete mixture is covered with a laminated sheet of a water-permeable sheet and a far-infrared radiating heat storage sheet, and the laminated sheet is pressed with a metal trowel (step S3). Surplus water (moisture) of the concrete mixture having permeated through the water-permeable sheet receives the action of far-infrared rays radiated from the far-infrared radiating heat storage sheet, and it is kept moist and warm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】左官工又は土間専門工の労働時間を大幅に短縮でき、天端の仕上げ寸法精度が高品質で平面均一で、表面が緻密で、耐摩耗性、硬化性、塩分浸透性等のコンクリートの品質が格段に向上したコンクリート構造物を構築する。【解決手段】型枠で囲まれた空間内に充填された流動状のコンクリート混合物の表面を左官工等がすり均しを行い(工程S1)、第1の時間待機した後金鏝押えする(工程S2)。続いて、コンクリート混合物表面に透水シートと遠赤外線放射蓄熱シートとの積層シートを被せ、その積層シートの上から金鏝押えする(工程S3)。透水シートを透水したコンクリート混合物の余剰水(水分)に対し、遠赤外線放射蓄熱シートにより放射する遠赤外線を作用すると共に保湿、保温する。【選択図】 図1
