To provide a telephone speech quality evaluation system, a telephone speech quality evaluation method, a program and a voice input/output device with which it is possible to reproduce voice input/output in an actual vehicle environment with greater accuracy so as to more appropriately evaluate the quality of telephone communication mediated by an onboard device.SOLUTION: Provided is a telephone speech quality evaluation system for evaluating the quality of speech communication mediated by an onboard device.
